Hello fellow Archers!  My name is Dave Miller and I've been a member of Walla Walla Blue Mountain Archers for 7 years. I served as Vice President last year and had a great time, so now I am your new President.

First, I would like to thank all of the people who made the Walla Walla Blue Mountain Archers what is today. Let's start off with a big thank you to all the board members from last year who did a great job.  Next, I would like to thank all of the volunteers who help with all the events and function of the club. Without the support of the board members and the volunteers we would not be the club we are today.

I would like to introduce your new 2012 Officers. Vice President, Todd Randall; Secretary/Treasurer, Carrie Rogers; Outdoor Range Captins, Dave Eaton, Doug Eaton, James Freemantle, Bob Riedel and Amanda Bolling as Webmaster/Marketing.  Thanks so much to the folks who stepped up this year to be on the board.  I look forward to working with the board and all the volunteers this next year, it should be a great time.

We encourage ALL members to volunteer with the set-up and take-down of shoots and banquets, as well as registration and other varitety of opportunities.  All volunteers are entered into a drawing each year for a new bow.  So please consider helping out, next year's new bow could be YOURS!

Our Annual Awards Banquet will be February 4th at the Walla Walla Elk's Lodge. You do not want to miss out on the fun that night.  We will have a wonderful dinner catered by Marty Bray with A Chef's Creation. There will raffles, silent and live auctions, not to mention the great comaraderie with fellow members and their families.  Don't forget to turn in your harvest report forms by 1/16/2012.

Be sure to mark your calendar to save the dates for our annual Tucannon Shoot the weekend of March 17th and 18th, 2012.  The Spring Fling will be May 19th and 20th.
